We’re a small, Veteran family owned business based out of West Portsmouth, OH. We run our business off a few simple principals – respect, pride, craftsmanship and superior customer service. Here at DK Custom Coatings, we can take your concept and make it a reality. We specialize in Cerakote, laser stippling and Sig grip modules for variations of the Sig P365 and Sig P320 series pistols. We also are now offering Ruger RXM Grip Modules and Springfield Echelon Grip Modules.

We can cerakote anything from firearm parts, knives, cups, fishing equipment, to pens and automotive parts.

Their communication all throughout the process and attention to detail were all top-notch, and the skill in their work more than easily spoke for itself when my items arrived, better than factory finish and perfectly color-matched. Sent my P365 X Macro slide to them to Cerakote in Sig Legion "grey/green grey" based on reviews/reddit comments. I followed the instructions on their website and mailed them my components with the required form. I didn't hear anything until it was done (this was expected per some reddit comments) and received the invoice. I paid and it was promptly shipped back. It turned out incredible! Pic attached that shows the original color of a Sig P365 slide vs the Legion color slide. Perfect match to the grip!

Their cerakote laser stippled X Macro grips ROCK. They essentially take a OEM X macro grip from sig and do their thing to it. The grip is super nice, and doesn’t slide when your palms get sweaty. Good grip that doesn’t dig in so bad it hurts like other grips out there.
Super fast shipping and customer service is very fast at responding and super polite. 10/10 would recommend.

DK Custom Coatings does excellent work if you’re looking for stippling or cerakote services. The attention to detail is crazy, the pricing is very good, and the customer service is very responsive and genuinely wants customers to be 110% satisfied with their services. They go above and beyond to make customers happy. 5 stars. Would recommend most highly with no reservations whatsoever. I was not paid to leave this review and my opinions are my own.

We would like to remind our customers that we do every bit of business through our website and/or via email - unless we are in possession of your project and we need to communicate with you about it.

Why is that? It`s simple. It eliminates wasted time and possible miscommunication.
We get calls all the time from random people and the typical question goes something like this "Hey I see that you cerakote, can you coat a slide? And how much?"
Most people think that`s a straight forward answer - it`s not.
Factors to take into consideration:
Do we need to take anything apart?
Are we doing a single color or camo?
If it`s camo, what colors are doing? (This can be a very long conversation on the phone)
Are we doing any engraving?
Then most people start talking about things that aren`t relevant to the project...

That ONE call can turn into a 30-45 minute conversation.

There`s only two of us and we simply can`t spend that time on the phone with someone that may or may not send their parts in.
The website breaks it down by part and it gives you the price for each part in the choice of finish you`d like - PLUS the labor cost if we need to take it apart or not. Simple, easy and straightforward.
The order form is on the website, we have a solid track record, we do our best to answer emails within a couple of days unless we`re slammed.
If you`re looking for the job to get done right, we`re here. We just ask that everyone remembers that it`s only two of us - we also have a family, a little farm and all the other responsibilities of everyday life to attend to as well.
That`s how we operate and that`s how we will continue to operate.
